It really does grow on you. It takes a lot of faffing early game but then it clicks, which is good because early game is easy. It plays like a slightly simpler version of DMC. Also I love Wait Mode, it lets you essentially choose what to do next.

I’m all for more story, but can I PLEASE have that readability patch ASAP? Even with my glasses on I can’t read the text comfortably, and that’s happening with a lot of games recently =( scalable font size needs to be a common feature in games today.

There was a few of the tops of empty car seats, and quite a few that clipped through walls and stuff. Maybe they’re all too high concept for me…

It depends on the price and if I want it *right now* but I’m used to digital only from PC. It does save me having to get off my arse and switch discs. I ordered FF on Amazon because it was £37 and they wanted something like £55 on psn so I was like nah. There are usually some great digital only sales on PSN though.

Does this extend to trophies? Yes, I’m one of those people. It’s not gonna make me read a guide my first time because I wanna play blind but I’m not gonna be locked out of a trophy for missing one obscure quest in an early chapter, am I? =(

Afaik, FF14 is playable without ps+ but of course it requires its own sub. I think that might have been one of the reasons it’s not on Xbone yet because MS either wouldn’t allow online play without Gold, or wouldn’t allow cross-play.
