Reviewers love the XPS 13. User reviews for previous models are all over the place. On Amazon they average about 30% 1 star. On Dell’s own site I saw way too many unhappy recent customers. Units arrived dead, or broke quickly. I’m staying away.

Mine just arrived, in 4 days, shipped from the US. And you’re right, it doesn’t come with the 3 x AAA caddy. So now I’m ordering some and hoping they’ll fit. It kind of sucks that they don’t provide the caddy.

Bought a few of these, or their $1.50 ebay cousins, when I lost my last cheap picnic/party openers. It was literally the cheapest one I could find. I tried it at home and never went back to my fancier openers. The hinge makes all the difference.
