Weird, only just watched Mermaids and Heathers to the first time a few days ago.

I don't know much about Trek but I do remember one where Data wants to be human (perhaps it's an ongoing theme). I remember him faking a sneeze to seem human. Is it the one where he fake sneezes?
Don't any US schools have Religious Studies? (Or are you just saying that more should do)? At my school (in England) our RS lessons were essentially the same as history lessons, except obviously some parts of it were about present day stuff. We learnt about lots of religions, it never seemed like we were supposed to…
So you're basically admitting that being able to play as a female character as the default is as nearly as rare as a mythical beast then? I think you're missing the point. Ofc you can't demand that whatever whims you have be put into a game but is playing as a woman really as 'out there' a demand as people are making…
Tame eyebrows maybe? :S
Is Burt's Bees cheaper out of the UK? Because here I consider them expensive, especially for the sizes they tend to come in. Obviously there are even more expensive things but they're definitely pricier than most stuff I get. Probably cheaper to make my own stuff if I want to use natural products. They look nice…
I know I'm replying to an old comment but I can't see any comments criticising kitia for looking at ingredients, they're criticising (rudely or not) for overreacting about incorrect information and criticising an article recommendation while clearly not understanding chemistry themselves. "It's not that hard" where in…
Cool but not Alan Turing. :|
Agree, this is true. Unless they cause a problem or are extremely yellow (much more than William's) we tend not to spend money on it. As a child I wasn't offered braces but my brother (crazy crooked teeth) was. Mine teeth aren't braces-perfect but they're pretty straight naturally.
How so? I've not noticed any difference. (I'm British). I'm not saying it's always used in 100% in the same way but I've never noticed any cultural difference before.
It is ironic yes and a reporter could certainly say so and it would be fine/interesting, but this reporter didn't seem to be telling it that way? Context makes all the difference. What the reporter said seemed to be quite annoying... Idk, maybe she wasn't being serious. Hard to tell. Every time I re-watch I change my…
Really inefficient/annoying if you're constantly doing it and there's no reason to since a simple app can get around it.
Even the first bit is pretty bad. Yes it would be time consuming writing a card but if writing a card = getting a gift then what is she complaining about!?
The one wedding my family has shopped for (we couldn't attend) we forgot about the registry. I don't know much about weddings!
In the UK we have stag and hen nights. I've not heard doe (perhaps that's the Canadian part) but I suppose some people might call it that here w/o me hearing it. Hen is much more prominent though.
By insulting ALL gay marriages at once?!
I guess that makes sense. I always thought people would want you at the wedding whether they want a gift or not but perhaps if they are big weddings then they are just being polite inviting people and can't afford that. It's probably easier just not to go unless they're very close friends/family.
I don't know anybody who's gotten married since I"m fairly young and the part of my family here in the UK is quite small. That sounds quite expensive! (Lots of people older than me are saying at a certain age you seem to be invited to a ton of weddings). This sounds like it would create financial stress.
I've never been to a wedding because I'm 24 and know mainly people my age and people a generation above (where I live most people my age aren't married and most people the generation above already are). I'm sure weddings are usually nice but I only hear the bad stuff! Stuff like this, stuff on TV (all the stressing…
Yes, plus he's insulting all gay couples' marriages not just these women. This was over text? Even if he'd SAID it it'd be pretty unacceptable but even fast texters take longer to write a text than to say a word, and texts are editable before you hit send. He shouldn't have gone there. I'm glad he apologised but it…
