Trump’s base came out in massive numbers in 2016 and he still lost. He only won because they came out in the right places.

Kavanaugh is a hack. More importantly, he’s a hack that takes an expansive view of Presidential powers and a dim view of Roe v. Wade and campaign finance law. That makes him A#1 in both Trump’s book and the GOP leadership’s book, which is a rare feat.
