I’m just like, really shocked that Dr Strange is totally happy to agree to all this, apparently doesn’t even bother explaining what’ll happen to Peter, and then apparently blames Peter for Dr Strange’s own meddling (which Dr Strange or “Steven” as I guess we’re calling him) was warned about by his own colleague.

Funny enough women can be hot and seductive without having to flash skin 24/7.

One man’s opinion here: It’s early days, but it looks like they did the right thing here. Faye’s design was one of the only things from the anime that has aged poorly and would be difficult to pull off in a live action remake without looking dumb.

On paper this show was good. In reality it was not good at all. 

Not surprising it was canceled, it was okay at best but i personally found it horrible. There’s a good reason it was cancelled: it was bad. So many great actors, in such a horrible, disorganized mess of a story.

I watched the show. It didn’t know if it wanted be a grimdark “serious” show or YA shallow garbage and as a result it was just a boring mess. Too bad, if it had stuck to either one of these themes alone it could’ve actually been entertaining.

Hopefully next week’s episode opens with us learning who rescued Mobius when he came to:

Damn it, they should be moving Dune up, not farther back. I need more summer movies. 

Shouldn’t they send back specs on the aliens and the aliens’ weapons? Add in a few of their best scientists and pre-develop better armor & weapons? Ramp up production a decade or two before the invasion? Seems like sending back for wise-cracking cannon fodder wouldn’t be the best approach.

Good article. I’ve seen a handful of “no actually, the show was bad” takes floating around the net that are just blatantly attention seeking. But this did a good job at touching on some of the structural flaws without burning the whole thing to the ground.

Same argument applies to the fictional Trek teleportation. Sure, you use the same energy, but is it really the same person at the other end? People have been joking about the 1000 Kirks in Hell since the 60s.
