Cuba is great, and you still do not need to be led around on a tour. I hate tours. Just go to Mexico first. They do not stamp your passport in Cuba. They stamp the “visa,” which you can easily get at the airport in Mexico. You fill it out yourself.

The interior is amazingly well-crafted, but the steering feel is non-existent and the T8 fuel tank is minuscule—13 gallons!
The difference is that in Formula 1, each team must design and build their own car. In Indycar, Dallara makes the car and the teams just show up and race it. The cars are identical. Indycar is a spec series.
