Somebody answered this for me in an earlier comment below. Essentially it's like an electoral college type deal. There are a few people designated to vote for the popular candidate in their state. States with more people (Florida, etc.) have more "votes" than smaller states (Minnesota, etc.) and thus are weighted

Desperation. You're welcome, Science.

Yeah, that was really helpful. Thanks! I thought it would be something along those lines, but I wasn't sure.

How does this system work in the Republican race anyways? Santorum just won these states, but do they even count for much compared to, say, Florida, or is each state counted equally?

Anna Nicole Smith is dead? Huh...you learn something new every day.

And next time don't be condescending. Double :-P you jerk.

Sure, there's what this scientist says, but what if I have faith that this kid can see in the dark? Won't that make it true?

*groan*

I'd like to officially announce that I've begun work on Half-Life Half, which will be a precursor to Half-Life. It will be released when it's done.

Get to it. It's great.

I always enjoyed Half-Life more than Half-Life 2. It got way more crazy and psychedelic. I would love to see this come out.

Sweet! :D

There's nothing wrong with running into a room wielding a knife screaming bloody murder to a group of girls...as a joke. That's just being an awesome father.

This may be the only work-place where it's ok to use the term "fat bitches".

I'll be going home to watch a Riddick movie now. Thanks.

I don't think they're suggesting he can see in complete darkness, but that he can see at night like a cat can. There is light at night after all. It's just that the light is limited enough that a person can't see very well. This kid may be the exception to this, which is incredibly interesting.

So does that mean Wolverine will be Mongolian?

Obviously I'm not sure if it's true he can see in the dark, but if it is, that kid is going to be studied, poked and prodded until the end of his days. There would be a ton of stuff to learn from a genetic mutation (or GOD'S WILL) like this.

The visuals this article gave me almost made me incapable of eating my peanut-butter and jelly sandwich. Almost. Maybe next time, Jezebel. Maybe next time.
