"they connect us to the people with whom we're looking to share the load"
Does anyone actually read these whole things? My god.
That 65 degree jerk is totally wrong. The comfort zone is 68-72. Ever consider how weird it is that in summer, you set your AC to 68 and you're wearing shorts, and in winter you set your thermostat to 68 and your wearing a sweater? Gee, what's different? That guy is clueless.
Wow, some poll on the Internet said something, and some people commented. Grest post, Deadspin!
Wow, are you behind the times. Ronaldo's FB page posted the "stolen girl" photo as a joke yesterday afternoon.
Wow, being the website for dickhead sportswriting sure is the theme here. That opening paragraph sounds like an eighth grader teasing a classmate.
This is helped by two things: that Baltimore game was pretty unfair to Baltimore. and Sspygate would have been used as more of a slur. Not a good thing to happen, no, but that 19-0 record was fucked already.
The best part is being old enough to savor it all as it happened. I'm 41 and therefore fully adult and mature for it all.
Marchman: Anyone we can insinuate is gay, like we did with Rodgers the other week?
they're trying to be distinct from Simmons, although I routinely read all Simmons's columns but skip a lot of the ones here (overwritten and wordy, no flow).
Good point. that was my takeaway from the WYTS series too.
No Patriots fan takes them for granted.
"Le Batard did not accept money for his vote, only opened it up to fans."
Tim Marchman posted an article here last week about Aaron Rodgers being gay. Deadspin is done. You're like the wannabe sophomore rushing a fraternity, doing anything people suggest. You want it too much.
More and more we are really a Football World. Wow.
I find it interesting how situational drinking is. When in my hometown, I rarely drink, as going to a mill bar and having $3 16 oz. glasses is like, what's the point? Conversely, until recently on a hot and quiet summer day in NYC, there seemed nothing sweeter than to grab a eat at a patio bar and girl watch and…
I'm a teetotaler and the NFL playoffs will be hard for some but you can do it. A quick tip out of many I could share: most coffeeshops open early. get up and visit them and make it a little ritual with the newspaper, book, laptop, tablet, notebook, or people-watching. The urge to "Be out" at night in the city is…
My coworker and I have a running joke of "Things I'll Do Only for a Year and Then Write a Book About It." Quite a tiresome conceit.
Too bad this website published a peice questioning Aaron Rodgers's sexuality YESTERDAY. This piece hardly makes up for it. Contributing to gay-bashing as adults is pretty low.
Not a big believer in intellectual freedom are you? Kind of a conformist huh? Can't say I'm surprised.
