Mario Kart is slowly becoming Nintendo Kart...which is amazing.
Pets can heal themselves, and if they do die (well, they faint) then you just go over to them and press A to revive them at no cost.
I trust players' opinions on whether they are concussed about as much as I trust a guy pulled over under suspicion of DUI about whether he's drunk.
CSI, NCIS, etc are freaking hilarious. It gets even better when they start talking about the deep net and how IRC chats are like drug boats. And how you have to chase people in second life even though you can block users, teleport and / or disconnect and use Visual Basic to get someones ip address..
You gotta love it…
Can you think of any other things that have entirely different utilities in real life versus games?
The number of times (ok only 3 times, but still...I'm not very good at PvP and I was so happy) I managed to finish first on a crucible match, and EVERYONE got a reward except me. I can understand giving something to the "loser" so he has a chance next time, but not rewarding the player with most kills and best KD…
I bet not even a cheat for God Mode would make Rahool or RNGesus budge and be less dickish.
First smart move I've seen him make.
If the random number generator gives you the best weapon ever in the first couple of levels, then you never switch weapons. That's really boring. This effect would be further heightened by the fact that weapons level up - meaning that a new weapon is automatically at a disadvantage to one you've already used a lot.
Stop commenting on my articles, Stango.
A loot system like that is kind of killer in a game that depends on the ol' loot threadmill. There's no more point in the gear grind if the weapon you find at level 2 will stay amazing all the way until the end.
Eneloops are where it's at
Eneloops are where it's at
Eneloops are #1 without question, but AmazonBasics are pretty decent. Considering which devices actually still use standard AA/AAA/C/D/9v Batteries, I would have no problem using AB's over Eneloops. The only exception I can think of where I'd rather have the reliability of an Eneloop is a Camera or a GPS.

Eneloops. Runs in darn near anything I throw at it with the single exception of a very picky and dying Sennheiser EW100 G3 wireless mic.

Eneloops are the best. They hold charge for over a year, and can be recharged 1500+ times.

It's reasoning like this that makes "Die Hard" end up on the "Best Christmas Movies" list.
The Shining is not on there so your list is invalid.
