It really sucks when you get to Round 21 of Horde Mode and one person drops and the game refuses to either fill or give you a bot. It especially sucks when the game up and decides to boot someone and refuses to let them back into the match.

If a batter is hit by a pitch in the strike zone, it’s a strike. If a batter makes no attempt to avoid being hit by a pitch outside the zone, it’s a dead ball and should be ruled a ball. Umpires refuse to properly enforce this rule.
