I trust Bungie. I don’t trust Activision.

One thing I don’t miss from my WoW days. Being unable to see anything because you have so much shit on your screen. I know most all of these add-ons, and it’s comforting that they are still around, but damn it’s really crazy when so much of this is necessary to raid.
Can you take a picture of the laptop please? All I can see is a picture of Devastator.
Helps a lot, I really appreciate it! I’ll need to head to the store anyways since I’m left handed and will have to get a special guitar for that purpose.
I was gonna ask the original poster, but he was an ass, so I’d rather ask someone who’s not so pompus. I’ve been interested in Rocksmith for a little while now. Always wanted to learn guitar, although at my age it’s a little difficult and I know I’ll never be great at it, but it would be fun to get the basics at…
Any highlights? Seems mostly minor bug fixes, which is great they are still working on fixing. I’m still very early in my game, as Destiny has just sucked any free time I’ve had since TTK.
They still do it, just more subtle. There are some 7 references in Vault of Glass (7 waves before templar, 7 gorgons, 7 oracles,) and some other areas in the game, 7 coins hidden in the tower, dead orbit logo is a 7, 7 Pillars of Design, 777 Grimore score nets you an achievement, etc.
Bungie is obsessive about the number 7. It makes 100% sense that this would kick off today.
Rumble for sword kills. Especially helpful if you get a bunch of friends to go with you.
Destiny PVP has gone from bad to worse. The endless, terrible quests are killing any incentive for people to win. Now it’s all about getting kills with the hilt of your sword, or putting your nerfed handcannon on at the right moment, or grinding out some other terribly designed checklist of objectives. Weapon…
Meanwhile, it’s perfectly accecptable and justifiable to throw a hard round object 98 miles per hour at another person’s head for hitting a homerun two innings earlier...
During the interview he specifically mentions this complaint and states the want to avoid this happening.
Watching a guy run at me from across the map, shurgging off my auto-rifle, pulse-rifle, or scout rifle, only to one hit shotgun me is a terrible feeling. The problem to me seems to really be in map design. Maps are either sniper or shotgun friendly. No in between.
The thing is, if you think about it, it will only get easier from here. You will get better gear, better tactics will develop, and you’ll have practice and have a better understanding of what to do, so while it stinks that not everyone was able to get the gear yesterday (myself included), don’t get too down, because…
I really wish people would stop saying they got or spent half a billion dollars. That number is 100% incorrect. They projected to spend half a billion dollars over the life of the project. Stop acting like they spent it all last week.
That’s what my ex said about Shadows of Mordor.
I agree. For those that do this (And I know a lot of my friends probably will), that’s fine, but it’s just not for me. The thing I love about this expansion is how much there is to do, and I think part of that is because this will have to last us a little while. I don’t want to get bored in two months. The exotics…
I’ll have to get back to you on MGS as I haven’t even finished the free snippit of it we got from Xbox, but your words on Witcher 3 are my exact thoughts. I had the same problems with Witcher 2 and bailed out almost immediately for all the reasons you listed. I heard so many great things about 3 I figured I’d give it…
You could, but I found all the old missions are on the mission board, so I can just rerun it with my already leveled guy. Plus, I don’t want to lose all that rep and grimore I spent a year long grinding out.
He’s actually done a lot of voice acting. He worked with Bungie before, he’ll star in Halo 5, and he’s done a lot of voice work in various Justice League cartoons and movies.
