I completely agree. My argument today is that people shouldn't give Microsoft crap and act like Sony doesn't do the same exact thing. Timed exclusives suck. They are an anti-consumer practice and we as customers need to speak up and demand this practice cease immediately. It's one thing to have a game as a console

Microsoft and EA announced the DLC exclusive window with Dragon Age back at E3.

Both Microsoft and Sony are equally shitty about timed DLC. Case in point: Destiny.

Reminds me of the mind blowing summons from FF7 back in the day. Breathtaking.

Free DLC to go with the latest Xbox update offering screen shot capabilities, and a week free trail of the latest Dragon's Age game. Pretty good month to be a Xbox owner.

Bungie used to do this all the time and no one really complained. Sell maps for X amount of time, after which becomes free to all. Those that really wanted the new content paid, and the rest would patiently wait. If they offered the content free after a week I could see people getting upset, but it's been a year

To be fair, a lot of these studios wouldn't have lasted as long as they did without EA propping them up. Maxis' death while sad, was long overdue. EA is also a incredibly large organization, one that for a time bought everything they could get their hands on so some waste and cost cutting is inevitable.

Glad to hear I wasn't the only one. I caught it all on Netflix, and once season 5 happened, I was worried I was watching a new show. Just never made any sense. Completely ruined what was a fantastic show by taking it completely off track.

I've been in HoS since middle of Alpha, and I can say it's a lot of fun. Some heroes need some balancing (I'm looking at you Thrall) but it's MUCH simpler than LoL. Part of it is size, part of it is it's more objective based, and part of it is that XP is shared.

Joke post is joke.

From sci-fi references to artistic nods, the Mass Effect series has numerous connections to the real world—this video, narrated by none other than Commander Shepard (or Mark Meer if you will) himself, looks at some of them.

the conversation was about console exclusives. No one said anything about frame rates.

yawn. That wasn't the conversation at all. Go strike your fanboyism somewhere else.

I'll grant you that the MCC fuckup is beyond belief, however, other than a remake of Last of Us, what exactly does PS4 have that Microsoft doesn't?

Please correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe:

Whoever said there aren't enough women in games just hasn't been looking hard enough.

Don't worry with the amount of AFKers you'll still be doing a lot of soloing.

Unfortunately using Bluetooth to steam audio is not an option on my unit (2001 Civic Si with Navigation and XM Radio), I'm forced to connect via cable. I've tried several new Apple branded lightning cables. At this point, the head-unit won't allow me to directly control the iPhone at all. Each of the issues I

The Bluetooth functionality actually works just fine, but I have to connect my iPhone to my car via cable to get music to play. That's the functionality that's slowly degraded over each update. Music titles won't show on the screen, the head-unit won't allow me to control the player at all, repeat/shuffle won't work

It's especially fun when they update their OS and your phone no longer connects to your car Stereo or Bluetooth devices, then point the finger at your car manufacturer telling them to update the firmware on all of their units who in turn point their fingers back to Apple and attempt to sell you a new car. So now I
