What's curious is the opening scene to start the season where Walt is alone in the diner in the northeast. He looks healthy and forms a 52 out of the bacon. Walt is the type that would spend every birthday with his family.

I agreed with Dale in every episode except this one and he came off as extremely annoying.
I was thinking the same thing but I never watched Life. Never got the chance even though the show was very well-respected but never got the ratings it deserved. I was a fan of Lewis since I saw him in a PBS miniseries (can't remember the name though).
I'd add season 4 to that mix with Trinity and the death of Rita. I'd agree with everything else though. Dexter is hanging on longer than it should. It's a problem with a lot of TV shows, even the great ones. The Walking Dead has taken over at the 9pm slot this year for me instead of Dexter. This is coming from a…
She's got it locked down. Not only is she giving the best performance of any actress on TV but unfortunately there really is no major role on TV like that right now for a woman in a drama. They're all supporting roles.
There have been high-level moles in the CIA that have been caught. That's not unrealistic. The unrealistic part is Jack Bauer having 24 hours to stop the terrorist but living through all the stuff he's been through year after year.
I think it's one of the best. I still consider Breaking Bad and Mad Men the best but Showtime is really doing their thing with this and Dexter. This show is thrilling and comes across as more real than 24 ever was.
He had to make sure if Don Eladio drank the liquor.
If I'm planning on poisoning an entire cartel, I don't pay attention to all the girls who have STD's.
I thought the same thing but also thought how in the hell he could stash a gun in Don Eladio's bathroom?
Watch the episode again. It looks like Mike was raising his gun at Jesse when he was getting into the car but he was caught blindsided by one of the cartel members. He wasn't aiming his gun at them.
What was more interesting is that it looked like Mike was going to kill Jesse before he got shot.
