I’d add Monoprice’s offerings as well.  We’ve had a Melody unit for a few years now, and we love it.  It’s stood up well to BBQ competitions, traveling around the country, use out in the yard, etc.

An electric carving knife is something I will not attempt Turkey Day without. I know I can carve manually, but to be able to cut that bird up efficiently and quickly, I love having that thing.
Also really handy for quickly cutting up fresh baked bread the rest of the year.

I’ll have to try the lemon zest, I usually go for orange zest when I make my homemade sauce.
