Fair enough, I can see that.

It's not that I don't like online multiplayer... and I do find the ghost system interesting in SSX... I just hate having me friends over and not being able to play split screen. The local-social aspect of gaming is slowly but surely dying and it makes me sad. :/
No local - multiplayer can be a huge deal breaker for me in a game like this. I was so happy when I found out Twisted Metal had taken the time to implement full party-style local multiplayer... and equally disappointed to see that SSX hadn't. My fondest memories of this game were multiplayer in SSX Tricky with friends…
Was I the only person that liked Tricky better than 3?
I agree.
Buy or borrow a PS2 ($99 on Amazon brand new... and plays all PS1 games too, so it's a great thing to have around). Pick up KH1... If you like it play 2 which was just as good and wait for reviews to come around to see whether KH3D measures up!
I can't find either any of my old SSX games... does anybody remember their impression as to which one was better between SSX 3 and SSx Tricky?
<3 Thanks!
I'm in the US but I'll give it a shot anyway....
AHHHH I TRIED TO REINSTALL HOMEWORLD 2 AND MY DISK IS BROKEN!!!
As anybody tried Amazon's day of release delivery service?
This is part of why I've settled with being a year or so behind schedule playing games.
Field of Dreams is amazing.
So when does this start exactly?
I really didn't like ME1... Every time I got into a vehicle I wanted to throw my controller at through the screen and I just couldn't get past that.
Considering the expansion of staff the last month I would assume the opposite.
I join everybody else commending Totilo for taking risks with Kotaku. It would have been easy to step in and just stick with the formula but I have to say I find this much more interesting... The internet is evolving, why shouldn't Kotaku?
In honor of the Red Letter Day Let's Play Half-Life 2 event (Saturday Feb 4 at 2pm EST) I'm going to finally give away the copy of HL2 I have on Steam from... well I'm not sure when it's from... Orange Box maybe?
My sister is too... But this sworn to secrecy stuff is apparently very serious over there. I visited her for a week and every time she worked on something I was locked out of the room!
We only get a half hour to play the entire game?
