If that were the case then it’s not emulating x86. That would just be part of the instruction set. I interpreted that as it can translate an x86 instruction into its own equivalent instructions which inevitably is not 1:1. That would mean it's using more than one clock cycle to execute an instruction.

So, not only is it running at 800 MHz but it’s also emulating. Would that make it that much slower? That seems like a lot of wasted CPU cycles...

I agree with everything you just said. I was disappointed with the tattoos. Especially the “Damaged” on the forehead. I’m definitely looking forward to this movie.
