I’d even pay a whole dollar for that. I find it hilarious! He’s got a little Nord helmet for fuck’s sake! haha

Non-believers?

Yes, get the fuck outta here. ;)

Except it will be. That’s what I don’t get about you people. You get so upset that Apple takes existing technology and re-brands it. They NEVER claim they invented the tech (even though a lot of your ilk like to claim they do). What they do, however, is improve on it. Samsung has had YEARS to market that they used

It’s kind of hard to describe but this feels more like someone is actually tapping me on the wrist as opposed to rumbling of a vibrating phone. It’s also completely silent. I got my Apple Watch this morning so I’ve been using it for about 5 hours now.

Like very small rocks.

That would be cool to see considering I’m a decent movie buff and I’ve never even heard of the guy.

Haha, oh that’s right... *turns in Apple Fanboy membership card*

Exactly the same here. I have 50mbps from TWC but the fastest I can get from UVerse is 24.

I understand that but Apple also does “Out-of-warranty” repairs which includes water damage and it’s cheaper than a new unit. The OP was stating getting caught in the rain which is not going to damage these phones if people are able to go swimming with them. Apple advertises these as splash resistant so I’d be willing

Yes, but the ability to do more things that you haven’t thought of is key. I just got my watch this morning and have been messing with the apps. Shazam is pretty slick if you’re out and about and a song comes on. Just Shazam it from your watch. Easy.

Bingo! Someone gets it!

You can get a lot more than 18 hours out of it in a pinch. I just got mine this morning and there is a setting to put into “Power reserve mode” so it’ll conserve what’s left of the battery. It disables everything but the time.

While I appreciate the advancement in technology from the Urbane LTE I just don’t understand why anyone would pay another monthly fee to the cell companies for something like that.

Macrumors has an article of people testing them out and it appears Apple downplayed just how water resistant they are. People took them for a swim with no issues.

They use custom processors and they just don’t give that out.

Unless you were genuinely asking out of curiosity in which case my snark is rescinded.

For who, the 2000 people who bought one?

I'm defending Apple because his criticisms are unfair. I'd do the same with Google or Android.

And what exactly is it that they try to portray and do the opposite? I just don’t see it. Would you say the same about Google and their “Don’t be evil” slogan?
