@gthing: I'm 6'4" and I would agree with you. One thing I've been trying is doing a rigorous stretching routine before traveling, as if I were about to exercise, and it seems to help immensely.

Their messaging system is basically an e-mail system already, this would just prevent Facebook from acting as a spam-proxy for all e-mailed message notifications.
