My thoughts exactly. Being pregnant and a mommy to 2 lovely girls strengthend my pro-choice stance, because my children will never go hungry, will never be homeless, will never wonder if they are loved, always have good care and a family who adores them and two parents who are thrilled to be parents. I wish every

The baby could have the Clintons as godparents. So that kid will be ok.

My thoughts exactly. I hope that statement tipped of authorities and they will investigate if she runs a fit home.

Just like Florida!

I saw the mugshot and rap sheet that stated he served time in NY for aggravated rape. So, yes. I have one million % sympathy for young men who are caught up in the type of scenario you descrive above. I work as a HS teacher and I know how teenage drama can get serious and have awful repercussions. I'm just pretty sure

Wait, the media overhyped a story coming out of FL in order to further the "Florida is crazy" narrative?

Try this: a convicted male rapist in my neighborhood with 2 daughters who look to be under 7. Ugh. My husband gets sooooooo angry every time we see him outside with them.

Agreed. It is awesome. I will try to integrate it into my HS classroom.

Cannot heart this enough. Now exist chased by yourself.

Don't forget drunk! Drinking water was filthy and booze is pretty much self-santizing, right?

No man has ever been an elementary school teacher and used this technique? WTF?

I breastfed my first and am breastfeeding my second, but I support any woman's right to wean whenever they need to do so. It seems like this lady went the extra mile (no pun intended) to make sure the little one got as much mamma milk for s/he could for as long as possible.

Pump and dump is unnecessary. The levels of alcohol in breastmilk rise and fall like in the bloodstream, so if you can drive you can nurse. Your boobs are not a milk storage unit in the way that people think; alcohol dissapates in them just as it does in your bloodstream. Rather than "pump and dump" just wait it out

I am white hot with rage for you. That story just makes me want to grab a scalpel from that d-bag surgeon. I just read your story to my hubs and he got mad too. :-) He is in LUUURRRVE with his 2 girlies.

I've heard similar things from my mommy friends with all boys, which further emphasizes my point, why can't people just say "Congrats!" Or "Great!" and then SHUT.THE.EF.UP.

I could have saved the Gallup people money and told them this. I have 2 girls, and while I was pregnant with my second one naturally I was out and about with Quickprincess the Elder looking super pregnant. People would ask me all the time what I was having and when I said another girl they would say either 1. Did your

I think I will try a recessionista version of this technique and bring a flask & dixie cups the next time I fly with my 2 year old and infant. Hope everyone likes tequila!

I too have an infant and a 2 year old, and I can attest to that "big ball of id" characterization. My 2 year old is actually pretty quiet and likes to hang out with us, but I still cringe a the thought that we will be taking her and her baby sister cross country on an airplane this fall.

I don't have Graves, but I have had an underactive thyroid since I was 15 (18 years now—it was a complication after I had a nasty bout of mono). I'm on medication and have always been ok. I gave birth to 2 healthy girls, 1 in 09 and one this past April. The OBs did thyroid bloodwork every 6 weeks during the pregnancy,
