Actually, McD’s hot coffee was unacceptably hot, and the lawsuit was legit. McD’s did an excellent PR job of convincing everyone it was frivolous but it was actually really, really serious.

That’s a myth...I have a prius with 155,000 miles on it and the battery is fine. I’ve replaced the auxiliary battery but the main battery is still going strong.
