This scene bugged me a little bit. I would've used my feet to draw the weapon to my hands. Once I did that, I would back up to shoot the railing or the joint which was proven to be weak. That would've been easier and safer than trying to shoot with my feet.

No, no, no, it's Emery

Not this year. The Final Four and the championship games are airing on TBS.

Well, aside from Bear McCreary's work on "Agents of SHIELD" (and "The Walking Dead," if we're being generous).

To compound the nerdiness, the complaint is 47 pages long (based on page numbers). It's a bit of cheat to not count the title page, but I think it underscores the geek cred of the people putting together this response.

To be fair, Doohan was doing his best Welshie impersonation.

Sure, but with the exchange rate the way it is, it's probably only $5 American.

This is how I imagine every recipe in that new cookbook:

As Ars Technica wrote last year, the NFL is dramatically overstating its rights with its standard disclaimer. Ars also noted that commercial entities could be OK using "Super Bowl," but they avoid doing so to be cautious.

Speaking of money, the city of San Francisco is anticipating spending up to $4 million on its Super Bowl costs (for a game played 50 miles away in a different city). The mayor's office believes the revenue from new tourists will offset the cost.

Never say never. They _did_ announce a young-adult series spinoff earlier this year called "School," set at Coal Hill.

It's not proof of anything, but the "Jeopardy!" website shows the second- and third-place winners of Monday's show receiving $2,000 and $1,000, respectively.

They're apparently part-time employees, but I think I could get by on what they get paid. Here's a snippet from an ESPN article about the contract reached at the end of the 2012 lockout:

I had to look up why the Packers-Lions game was on CBS. Apparently, CBS had the rights to air eight Thursday night games so it opted to make last night's game the eighth game.

The character is actually "Friend of friend from law school," which I think amply explains his confusion and lack of enthusiasm.

Maybe more than projecting issues, Rachel Bloom tweeted that it was decided offscreen that Paula "looks a lot like Calvin's dead wife."

I thought it was possible that the character was putting the moves on Paula as part of a scheme to somehow take advantage of the law firm.

It was so much fun to see Cedric Yarbrough. The "Sexy Gonna Do It" song was a funny tag and great callback to the first episode.

Hey now. Pegman in Google Maps is _totally_ different. He's now a Rebel pilot for me.

Based on where the procession stopped, I think the author was referring to Canal Street. The intersection is only 100 yards or so from the Orpheum Theater.
