Right. A huge amount of people believe that Trump is the vision of what they’ll be once they can be millionaires, which should “happen anytime now.” Most of them, despite barely making it financially, see themselves as “temporarily embarrassed millionaires” (at least that’s how I think the quote goes.)

If a huge majority of individuals from wealthy countries don’t believe that everyone should have at least the first two levels of Maslow’s Triangle, then all is lost.

If he’s driven out of the White House, we could have riots — major ones. IMHO.

Here’s my question: re: the 90 day issue, would the Supreme Court allow the bans (now put into effect pending the Court’s decision) to be extended until the case is ultimately decided? Even if the ban expired in mid-June, which it did?

They won’t. My understanding with injunction / restraining order law is that, as long as parties keep asking for continuances (which the government will likely do), the status quo would stay in place until the matter is finally resolved. I.e., the portion of the ban which the court put back in place would be live…
