The way Erlich tries to shut up Jin-Yang by augmenting the volume and authority of his word salad is wonderfuly hilarious.

Yeah i think the real problem is Jin-Yang. The chinese guy at Raviga is successful and has not one of the traits prescribes by Erlich's racism.

I think/hope that he may be undermining gavin to take its place. Gavin could finally be let go by the board while Jack rises to remplace him. And given the pace of this season, this could happen next week :D

I feel the exact opposite. I hated the flash forwards. It felt like a very cheap way to keep us intertained as if we were five years olds with a two minutes attention span. I love the relatively slow pacing of this show. It's already foreboding and dark enough without having to underline it in half-assed…
