Given the 100% likelihood that the pregnant person’s body will undergo some level of trauma, the 25%+ chance that it will involve a knife wound through the abdomen, and if you do don’t that, there is the 50%+ chance of perineal tearing, I think it is absolutely a self-defense issue.
