As an Englishman, the American penchant for pickups has always mystified me. They’re big, have a large, exposed load bay in the rear, and the interiors range from “grim” to “grim with shiny bits on.” As far as something to use as a car, they appear to offer the worst of two worlds: illogical family car,

Cool dude, I’ll pay you DOUBLE that if you can deliver it to me and it matches the performance on this one.  Shoot me a line!

Well a human can run 15 mph easily. A bike can easily go 24mph and a fall on a bike is worse than a scooter due to having a frame between you legs. I don’t see why a scooter can’t go 24 mph. Rollerblades can hit 24mph.

At 7-8 mph, just walk...

Electric scooters are dangerous. It seems like you can’t go a day without seeing a scary story in the news reminding the world of this fact. People die riding these things.

Yeah, that’s what I said when I decided to build my own electric skateboard. It’s probably cheaper in the long run to buy a model built by someone else in a proper production environment.

May I introduce you to rural_unit275

Nothing’s going to prove the value of Steam as a store more than abusing its user review system and proving yet again that Valve has no more than a handful of people dedicated to taking care of it and preventing this kind of abuse of its systems.

This is what blows me away. I’ve never seen this much crowd support for a monopoly in my life. You can’t expect Epic to have the same games as Steam and compete with them. And this is a TIMED exclusive. And a short one. Good Christ.

WAHHHHHH EXCLUSIVITY IS BULLSHIT

It’s a six month deal. Seriously if you’re disdain for loading a different program besides Steam is more intense than your love for the game you for some reason can’t play then I don’t know what to tell you. Like, I get it. We all have our hills we die on. But like, I just don’t get it. At all. You do you though.

Yea, I don’t get why people care so much when the external design changes. It’s the internal changes that make the real difference. The “s” cycle has always brought a more dramatic change to the hardware.

I am going to hang onto my iPhone X until 2020, but I have to say I am really jealous of the low light photos from the Pixel 3 and now the Huawei P30 Pro. If the 2020 iPhone can’t compete, or Apple restricts the features to the largest phone, I might be looking elsewhere.

To comment on Apple’s apparent move to a 3 year production cycle for the iPhone. How important is it really to overhaul the chassis every two years? I do think the iPhone 7 was a bit of a disappointment as they only added the telephoto camera and virtual home button as the big design changes but, we’re getting to the

From Tim Apple

Who cares though?

Same here, and they really look no different than any other wired/wireless headphones.   Apple haters I guess?  Idk.

To each his own, but I see people from all walks of life wearing AirPods these days. Personally, I have zero fucks to give if someone thinks I look silly with these in.

Nice, start with an insult. We’re done. Fuck off and have a nice day.

Gotta pick and choose which vices to indulge. Indulge all of them and you will die early. Indulge none of them and you will deprive yourself of a lot of things the world has to offer. Moderation is the key to victory.
