You can get it now by enrolling in the beta, installing it, and then un-enrolling. It won’t wipe your phone if you have the final version of Oreo.

I’m an extremely happy Blue Apron customer, and I’m not sure why you think it “sucks”. I’ve gotten dozens of deliveries, and nearly all of the meals have been surprisingly good. The variety is good. The recipes are fairly simple but produce gourmet-seeming dishes.
Amazon does have delivery drivers.
