Why do you keep people like this as co-workers?

As someone currently residing in Florida.....I’ll say it again:

Also, we need a higher minimum age to become a cop. A bunch of 21 y/o dudes running around with guns and power doesn’t come to mind as a safe idea. School for law enforcement should be as long as college with mandatory internships at different social services agencies and stuff.

I’m going to say it again: we’re in a recession now. There’s no reason for any employer to keep any of these people on after they go viral. Firing these assholes saves them from an HR nightmare and a bunch of lawsuits plus it gives them a PR boost.

It’s the police unions. They fight tooth and nail to prevent any dismissal, even the ones they know are for cause.

Actually he was fired for expressing his belief that black lives do not have value. Valuing the lives of black human beings is a prerequisite for working in a family court that deals with black citizens.

I will bet the mortgage that a lot of these republinazis are lying about the cause of any deaths in their families or are just shutting their mouths about it in full blown ass kissing mode to Trumpolini.

THIS. Why is it only the Dems in congress that lose family members to COVID-19? If some of the republicans lost people they cared about, maybe they’d take this virus a little more seriously.
