The Burr is just the way the R is pronounced, not the whole 'accent'.
In the Celtic Burr, both Scottish and Irish, the R is said in the back of the throat, same as French. Rarely heard now, though my grandfather had it.
'Lilt' is fine, describing the Highland and Island tonal quality.
But to us Scots it's everyone else
