Yes, mile 24! I ran the Chicago Marathon a while back, and at mile 24, my pinky toe nail on my foot came off. I was in serious pain, and could barely walk with a shoe on. I finished the race barefoot, which looking back, wasn’t a great idea since I don’t want to know what was on the ground by mile 24.

Midol with Naproxen is the only thing that works for me. And I think it does have something with the caffeine because Aleve doesn’t work. Though, I truly wish it came in a larger count and a bottle because trying to get them out of the package is maddening.
