Definitely would consider this at some point, especially in V or V-sport trim with a couple years of depreciation. Mmmmm.

Whoops, sorry, didn't see your response there. Didn't mean to be an echo...echo...

What C6.R had a supercharged motor?

I made a comment about this a week or two ago in the topic about the proposed legislation regarding used car loans. I bought my car knowing that I didn't plan on keeping it forever, or likely long enough to pay it off. To simplify it all, I financed it accordingly, figuring what I anticipated the depreciation to look

RIP

Seeing this makes me miss mine. womp womp.

Looks good...but will be overpriced, and not deliver super awesome performance, just like the last JCWs. (This is completely based off of reading reviews....)

I hear ya on that. I put as many miles on my TBSS as the previous 2 owners did combined...in 2/3 the time. My C6 went from having 27k and being 7 years old to having 57k and almost being 9 years old...and having sat for about 1/3 of the time I've owned it courtesy of 2 midwestern winters. The only reason resale

My next ride will either be a used V or a used one of these...most likely at least. I was pretty deadset on getting a G8 GXP earlier this year, but the fact that it would have to sit outside, and get dailied kind of has me talked out of the idea. I'd end up being "that guy" that put a ton of miles on a 6MT GXP that

This book is phenomenal....really. It is.

Correction: the vehicle Carlos Slim drove to his meeting with Vijay Mallya before Perez's "interview"

This is the exact reason I've not ever drag raced my car. I have an irrational fear of this happening. And an even greater (and almost rational) fear of this happening and it ending up on youtube.

I've got an odd obsession with pace cars...Indy hosted a "Pace Car reunion" in conjunction with their first Celebration of Automobiles a few years back. I was in heaven. Same applies to the start of the Brickyard, when they have all of the past Brickyard cars (including the T-Top truck) lined up.

Touche.

Yep. I've seen a decent number of C7s with different roofs. My C6 has glass, which actually is a pretty deeply tinted bluish color from the inside. I had a buddy wrap his painted roof in black vinyl, same effect visually from the outside.

Likely a glass roof. Mine is glass...looks quite black.

Me Three. T-6 hours

Yup. Especially when you consider the "new and shiny" factor that will come with the Mustang.

Something slightly different - The Last Open Road (and the rest of the series) by B.S. Levy. It's basically a coming of age series of books set in the early 50s through the early 60s, about a kid and his friends that get hooked on road racing in its formative years in the US.

Don't have the stats handy, but it depends if you want to figure the CLS63 Shooting Brake in as its own example, or just kind of call it a different E63 wagon...
