I just can’t see Booker as VP. If the ticket were “somebody from NY and somebody from Jersey” that would look awful.

I agree. He hasn’t seen need to be in the party until he wanted to go for the Presidency, and I don’t think he really cares about the party or its state after he’s done.

Bernie doesn’t want unity. He’s spent the last 6 weeks trying to torch any semblance of party unity, and he doesn’t seem to care to do anything to help Clinton in November. That’s his prerogative I guess, but he hasn’t seemed like the type to want to be second to anybody.
