Im curious for an article - basically whats the baddest pc build possible as cheaply as possible and how.
i.e basically can one build a system with multi-gig memory and decent hdd size (above 60gig) that could handle i.e winXP thru Win10 , handle Photoshop/netflix/general use where theres no lag or 10sec+ delay in tab…
