She looks like what most women look like after having a baby. You gain weight in pregnancy. You bloat up. You retain fluid. And after you give birth? You still look pregnant.

During my last pregnancy I suffered from Symphysis Pubic Dysfunction. Anytime I moved from the waist down it felt like I was being stabbed. And of course that was my pregnancy that would go pass my due date by 5 days. Thank goodness just having the baby took care of that.
