I'm sure some Austrian Willendorfers are offended that the Venus of Willendorf's butt is so flat.

I see a big Leigh Bowery influence in the costumes here as well.

I actually don't think it's fair to call Braxton an "anti-vaxxer" because of her pointing out that her son had regressive changes after the MMR vaccine. We don't know why some autistic kids show signs from birth vs. why some develop totally typically and then have a major regression of communication skills. For the

I guess I haven't seen Emma Stone in a while. I feel like half of her nose went missing?

Yes, in this case a c-section would suck less than a natural birth. I gave birth to a 10lb baby and am still disabled by my pelvis tearing apart. A 6+-week section recovery sounds like a dream to me. I wish I had had one.

Italian and latino breads often have lard in them.

I was wondering why my thumb clicks! How far out are you?

Why do you think diastasis recti is rare? I've read that it affects 37% of women who've had one child.

How is she doing now?

Anyone with this issue might have some pelvic floor dysfunction... Ladies, ask your gyns for a pelvic PT referral! There is a lot you can do to strengthen. You don't want to be in Depends by 60! :-)

Yes there are various studies, including that regular exercise can help with diastasis recti. However having a taut six pack could actually increase your risk of splitting your abs. Similarly weight lifting can cause pelvic organ prolapse in some people. Be careful with heavy weights!

Has anyone else had a traumatic separation of the pelvis during labor? I am fucked up indeed and hoping its not permanent. Would love to see comments from other Jezzies — it gets better?

How is she now? Surgery was successful? I hear so many scary things about mesh...

What's with the stalker who comments on every article about Tig Notaro?

Gotta agree here. I had kids screaming dyke at me on the playground long before I understood what that meant or that it was true. And I wasn't a tomboy. But it gave me food for thought, for sure.

No, people don't have "First Amendment" rights against a private actor. I don't mean to be obnoxious, but isn't that basic civics class and not really a question for "law experts?" (Also, small typo: it's legal "counsel" not "council.")

Your question is awesome! Jeezy chreezy, people.

You can't get rid of bed bugs for just $275. Not in my experience!

Yup, I saw people get screamed at at Juice Press once, too. It's a little intense in there.

How about don't tell your in-laws that you're in labor? That's what our midwife told us to do.
