I would be more worried about checks and balances with obama, as he issued numerous executive orders which bassicly gave him the power to do whatever he wanted, compleatly making checks and balances pointless. Technically he would be in the right as mislabeling rumors as facts and reporting false information, which could potentially damage his assets, companies, or chance/ public support which would be illegal as a form of harassment.
