They solve the problems of "profit for C suite types" and "unregulated money laundering vehicle"

The crazification number is 27% :) Around 27% of the American population is always going to vote for the dumbest, worst, craziest, most harmful thing. Always. We might get more than that, but the base for any bad thing here is about 27%.

Repeat after me: it's always money laundering. This one is also a scam, money laundering that also happens to generate its own income, but at the bottom of it, it's always money laundering.

She has tried, looks like more than once. It just doesn’t go anywhere because it’s stupid and performative and she is a stupid fascist. It is all a con to keep the racist idiots giving her money, but she is all in on it.

I do not understand. Why put anything weird and radioactive in it? The target market isn’t exactly known for discernment and critical thinking. Just fill it with literally anything, or literally nothing at all, and use the exact same marketing copy.

Ok, maybe *I* don't live in the darkest timeline

I’m going to need you to take that back immediately

Maybe she got a new agent! Or she got coffee and was in line with a casting director and they struck up a conversation. Or shifting market demands, or she had a gap in her schedule, or maybe, juuuuust maybe, it’s because we don’t live in the darkest timeline after all?

Maybe! You might pay attention! You might also be busy with farm work or never have gone further than a hundred feet from your father’s inn. More important though, Jordan was doing a LOTR here. They don’t know because they don’t know. The hobbits didn’t know there was an evil Willow Man or a barrow full of wights and

I am not arguing the point, I agree that they could be a little more clear on geography and so on. However, that being said, at least some of that seems to be intentional. Moraine even says as much, I believe? Something like “you’ll have to pay attention to the wider world someday”, something to that effect? The

Trust the process. Every kids show has exactly the same lead, a cocky street rat who has to learn the value of depending on others and getting along with a found family. He'll get there.

He thinks he can ride it out. No other explanation. He thinks we'll forget and move on and he can keep his vanity job.

“You can go home at 5 if you want. You can also work on your resume and start job hunting if you want. You have so many options in front of you! It's all up to you!"

This looks like an easy fix. It’s just numbers in a data table. It’s no surprise they could make a change so fast.

So when someone makes their living begging and scamming idiots and then is offered free money from an idiot, that person is unlikely to turn down the free money.

We need to put up a ticker showing the number of missed predictions and catalog each one. Number of times Q and associates have been right: 0. Number of missed predictions: 137 and counting. Or something.

Could you elaborate on that please? What do you mean it's a startup, and what sort of slack should be cut because of that? I'm not sure I understand your point.

*black and white sheep

Is anyone else just irrationally upset at the mixed metaphor "all hype no sauce" or is that just me?

Surprised he hasn't figured out Russia doesn't care about echo chambers and won't be pumping his numbers and reach anymore.
