Every part of the Brand experience is important, from the unboxing to the handling of the actual product, to the store that you bought it from, or will request service from. The main goal is to eliminate frustration from any of those experiences - then you have won over the customer as a loyalist.

Biggest problem with iGoogle was that it was plain ugly. For ex, the calendar was ugly and things just didn't look visually attractive. It looks like old school yahoo jumbled with craigslist.

Give a lot of credit to Google for stepping aside and letting this man drive.

so basically that's just you. Lots of people find Siri useful, especially when you don't have both hands ready to type. It's voice recognition for emailing and texting is pretty good.

I've been on both sides, interviewing, and being interviewed. I would say only share what's necessary for the job, and don't mention that you have kids or anything else that may seem like something that might hold you back from "working hard". Keep it all about work.
