I look forward to the flat brim-wearing rich kids in my town trading their F150 Raptors for these. Perfect to drive back from lacrosse practice before heading to the city to score some roofies for the weekend parties
Not to be that guy - but the pic you posted literally says this is a hippogriff, not a griffin. A griffin has the body of a lion, not a horse.
These “knockdown” oddities are tied into the very strict import controls and currency restrictions that lasted in New Zealand from the 1940s to the 1970s. There’s a ton of fascinating exhibits on this at Te Papa in Wellington (when you can start visiting NZ again) and some high level descriptions online at https://tea…
Another member of the “well-regulated militia”?
Fair enough - I haven’t had the chance to drive the Nullarbor yet. It’s on the list.
The Charger guy might be a touch less excited when he’s paying $6 a gallon for gas in Germany - especially with mileage at 10-15 mpg and a 19 gallon tank.
100% this.

He didn’t do his research.
Normally these leave me cold, but the Baja Bug is nice and would be tempting if I had driveway space for another vehicle. My first car was a heavily modified 1964 Bug, so I have a lot of love for that.
That’s kind of meaningless.
Whenever we talk about these co-morbidities, could we also point out that the majority of Americans have these co-morbidities? The majority of US Adults are overweight (which is a co-morbidity for COVID), 48% have some form of cardiovascular disease, 10% have diabetes, 15% have lung issues, etc.
That’s a major issue when you are heading to the airport in Boston coming from the south. The speed limit is 40 and it’s a left exit. The average traffic speed in the left two lanes is 70+. So you have to be doing 30+ over the limit to not get destroyed by all the other traffic.
Oh my sweet child - 2Bros is not even the best pizza on that block.
