During year 1 I came up with a simple idea for how to solve Destiny’s PvP vs PvE problem: Introduce a perk called Crucible Limiter to gear. This perk would be used to employee nerfs that would be able to balance PvP by having certain weapon changes effective in Crucible buy not in other activities.

Stubborn is exactly how I would describe it. They make an incredibly basic mistake (I hate to keep harping on it but how does someone make a map this bad in a game in 2017?), get feedback from everyone and their grandmother about it, say they hear us, then do absolutely nothing to fix it. I disagree. For all its flaws, Destiny year 1 was some of the most fun I have ever had a video game. While TTK “improved” the game, I found it never has the same spirit as it originally did

I spent 20 minutes creating my character’s face and characteristics and literally 90+ days of my life earning that gear. You’re damn right I’m going to show off that gear that I worked my ass off for more than my stupid 20-minute face.

I think TOD gets a lot of credit it never earns. It rests nearly entirely on that gross out dinner scene and the mine cart roller coaster ride.

It’s more watchable than Temple of Doom, which has sections I actively hate, but also more forgettable. Both are vastly inferior to Raiders and Last Crusade.
