Yeah, but the 3DS demo limit idea is one of the stupidest thing I’ve ever seen introduced in this industry, so comparing it as an excuse isn’t a good idea.
If it’s installing and you’re not playing the glorified mini-game, it does not count towards your 10 hours. But, if you start playing the glorified mini-game WHILE it’s installing, you are using up part of your 10 hours to play a mini-game that is meant to entertain you while it’s installing.
