If a media organization (like Gawker) would pull his training record, he would be fired. As a police phlebotomist, we would have been trained on the change in the law. His signature would be on file, acknowledging his training on the new law.

Fire him. As a trained police phlebotomist, he would have had knowledge that consent was no longer implied in an unconscious patient. That type of information would be required every time he gets his phlebotomist certification (once every year or two, depending on the department policy). When a law changes that

When it comes to the fact that the city didn’t ask him to open the church, I’ll give him that. He actually asked the city if they needed his church, and they said they’d let him know. It’s still the wrong thing to do, but I can understand it.

It’s a bit different for Protestant Televangelists. They don’t have a central authority to encourage them to use their money in a way that would not be offensive.

What’s going on with the comment system? I keep trying to reply to a grey comment, and I get kicked to the top of the page. Every time I click reply, I get kicked.

McDonald’s and Popeye’s Chicken CEO’s have already said they’ll be doing something similar in response to the minimum wage increases. People have priced themselves out of jobs.

For me, there’s an easy test. What type of car do they drive? Is it a Toyota or something similar? Is it at least a couple years old, or replaces one that was several years old? Using Zillow, how much did they pay for their house? Does their house cost significantly more or less than the average house in the area

LOL. Nope, true story. Thanks for your input.

“The prison camp was later described as ‘not a crime deterrent,’”

That’s amazing. Did you even read my comment?

Yep. The racist lady deserved to get the ship beat out of her. You don’t get to assault people and expect to get out unscathed, no matter your physical condition.

No, we really, really aren’t. Given the information I have now, I would never speculate that Battlegrounds “will in fact launch on PS4 after some time.” That would be insane speculation based on no evidence.

I don’t know. There weren’t any in the article. Just a ton of speculation. How would I tell you what the facts are if none were provided?

This breakdown doesn’t even include the cost of blinker fluid. True, you don’t have replace it very often, but it should be averaged in.

Kotaku: We don’t know what we’re talking about, but we’re going to publish anyway. None of what we just said is based on fact.

Everyone should have this in their analog record library!

Everyone should have this in their analog record library!

So much stupid. This article contains all the stupid.

No matter what I say, my wife continues to put her feet up there. It’s baffling. I can’t understand the appeal. How is that more comfortable than having your legs stretched out in that great big area below the dash, the one the car maker built for legs?

I think his point is that Temple of Doom is also unwatchable. Since they are both unwatchable, all he has to do now is chose which one is less watchable. The answer to that question is now and always will be Temple of Doom.
