Why are you guys using a downward pointing arrow for the “male” symbol? https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Male (unless that’s your code for “all of these men are dicks”) which, though not necessarily inaccurate, is an unnecessary bit of bias in an otherwise excellent analysis.
