It does not do photo organising. It’s pure photoshop replacement.

+1 to Affinity Photo (As Photoshop replacement) and Affinity Designer, as illustrator replacement. They are not free, but I think $49 is affordable and it’s features are among the best for photoshop & illustrator replacement.
