Northern Ireland does not need a referendum to legalise abortion. Anyone calling for one is (a) uninformed (b) trying to distract from actual reform via legislation or (c) both.

“started”? They are *wayyyy* ahead of you on that. https://www.theatlantic.com/sexes/archive/2013/01/why-american-pro-life-dollars-are-pouring-into-ireland/266981/
Certainly a plausible Romanisation - ‘Fallon’ is a surname in Ireland anglicised from “Ó Fallamháin”, “fallamhan” meaning ‘leader’. “Faolán” is also an Irish name which could be anglicised to Fallon. Yes modern Irish =/= ancient British Celtic but it’s not wildly off-base.
It’s an excellent, excellent film. I highly recommend it.
For abortions anyway, it’s done as a private patient. So pick your clinic, make your appointment, and pay your money when you arrive.
Thank you for speaking up.
