Seatguru is your friend. Depending on the type of aircraft and flight, you can have a better seat in economy than some economy plus. I often see bad reviews for business class seats depending on the configuration.

I’ve had issues with places here in the US taking traveler’s checks. They have no idea what they are and I’ve been denied at foreign exchange places abroad too. Thankfully I got rid of the remaining ones I had in Canada.

Don’t bother - no one knows what they are anymore. Fewer places accept them and it’s easier using a debit card. It took me years to get rid of some old checks I had because of this. Now that I have a debit card through my bank that refunds any foreign transaction fees I just use that instead.
I buy my food from a couple of places:
1) Farmer’s market, where the majority comes from
2) Trader Joe’s
3) Chinese supermarket for Asian items

Reminds me when they started allowing hybrid cars in carpool lanes here in the Bay Area. It was meant to spur more hybrid sales. I immediately recognized that the carpool lane would be clogged within weeks, and sure enough people were complaining about the increased traffic and whining about the carpool lanes.

That’s how they marketed it, but it was anything but an Integra.
The RSX had a lot of reliability issues. Considering it was replacing the Integra which was super reliable (mine almost never saw the shop outside of regular maintenance), it was disappointing.
