Yes - I’ve read enough bad stories about connecting flights on TripAdvisor to completely skip WowAir unless I really need to fly them. They also have issues with suddenly canceling flights and leaving people stranded.

From my personal experience with State Farm, they do pressure shops to cut corners. They tried to pull a fast one on me with one repair I had done and I raised hell about it.
