I’ve never used one of these but I see em from time to time. Do they actually make a seat more comfortable?

Maintenance isn’t a mod, bob

Mmmm enjoy your camry, but I think you’re on the wrong site

It isn’t a standard or required feature to have seatbelts lock when extended all the way out. They only need to lock when sharply pulled. You can do something similar by exploiting this- slide your seat back a bit, lock the belt by pulling it hard, move the seat forward so it can’t retract enough to release. Bam,

You’re wrong, that looks awful. The normal big rectangle grille is good.

My understanding is it’s not, anymore.

Bs and Spridgets are awesome entry level classics for sure. I’ve been searching for a somewhat sorted and not rusty MkIII Midget with a 1275. The B I’ve driven the most has a fairly turned up motor, Konis, and sticky tires, which probably makes it more Miata-esque. The things that come to mind when comparing it to an

Clockwise if you’re looking at the backside of the clock

The reason MGBs are always cheap is because they’re too niche to be desired by people who don’t have them. On the flipside, those who want them already have at least one. They’re quite breaky and very dangerous cars to operate, which doesn’t do much for increasing appeal.

Definitely causation this time though

Not true at all. They’re Stellantis products now.

Eh... I’d agree that it’s common knowledge in snowy states. Hanover County averages 13" per year, against a 28" average for the entire country... it’s totally reasonable to assume someone living where there’s not much snow wouldn’t know this.

Not to say that there is no value in wanting the chickens from which your eggs came to have lived an ostensibly happier and more “natural” life than one raised in a more compact farm, but do know that pasture raising egg laying chickens is much worse, environmentally, than doing so in a compact farm. The same is true

My understanding was that Teslas use a combination of visual cameras, radar, and ultrasonic sensors. I wouldn’t expect the US detectors to see a foam target, but I would expect the targets to be detected in all other cases. Can’t find info on what bands the cameras and radar operate on.

idk, he’s healthy, didn’t go broke, and still has his job. To me, it sounds like it went just fine.

PR value and they get to write off the value of a Soul, but don’t have to do any of the legwork of finding someone who would willingly and intentionally buy a Soul

Ya know, I don’t actually know any EV owners who don’t also own a second car, which is not an EV. This is absolutely suitable.

You can think all that... but you’d be misguided. Fuel economy is at most 1mpg off of a sedan. Storage space is comparable, if not better, and it’s more usable, since loading kids/stuff is easier in a CUV. Handling? Nobody is taking a Murano to a track day. The handling constraints of a modern daily driver spec car

IMO it’s the same scenario as the Z. Yes, the design is old. But, it’s really good at what it does, and there isn’t a whole lot of improving to do. To me, “it’s an old design” is an invalid complaint.
