For simple menus, like ‘new game’ ‘load game’ etc - yes. And for any menu where you just want to access information fast - take Metroid Prime’s menu sytem over Metroid Prime 2, for example, that latter of which may look pretty and original, but ultimately puts too much time between the player and the information.

The UI on my PS4 has ALWAYS been laggy, which has pissed me off no end, and this was my second PS4, after the first one I bought had a whole other set of problems and I had to take it back.

Isn’t it obvious that Noctis and Luna are reuinited on the throne in the afterlife? He joins her after he sacrifices himself. I didn’t find this corny at all; I found it quite touching. And that is not to say I forgive FFXV any of its huge story problems up til that point.

I’m gonna throw Leia being frozen in carbonite into the mix of possibilities. It would require some CGI ‘acting’ no doubt, though hopefully that could be done sparingly. And it could mean that she’s not killed off, but also unable to participate in the action for legitimate reasons. And then the kids can go ‘save her’…

I’m playing through the final ‘secret’ dungeons now, after having completed the game, and while they’re fun enough, I can’t see myself wanting to play through the game again once I’ve finished them, and that is all purely down to Chapter 13. Hours of hideously boring corridors. I felt like my sanity was being tested.

I have a feeling the Switch is going to have some impressive feature that’s not been mentioned or rumoured yet - like the 3DS had with streetpass; it was a great bonus feature to have, that no one predicted.

Finally someone else who acknowledges Other W was fun to play from a gameplay point of view! Yes the script and handling of Samus as a character were terrible, but that game had a great sense of atmosphere, with tight, fun controls. I’ve found the people who whine the most about it are the ones who’ve never actually…

I bought the game on 3DS eShop. I hope that entitles me to the free upgrade. Really love this game!
