More PAYDAY 2, especially now that the annual Christmas heist is out. Likely a good deal of NASCAR Heat Evolution, as well; it’s not perfect but it sates the need for oval racing while I sort out the rest of the racing game collection.

I’m glad this is getting covered, since the gradual increase of it in just about everything is much of what’s left me wanting for just about any anime I can actually enjoy watching. I don’t care for fanservice and I want stuff I can watch with my family, so early focus on it pretty much eliminates my chances of liking

Seems a bit like the headline should be “ZeniMax Tells Popular DOOM Fan Game To Shut Down”? They own Bethesda, but it’s not Bethesda writing these people or demanding this.

This is 100% the only thing I ask of VR (besides cockpit view in racing games and that’s easy enough), so I am very much a happy camper.

This has been my concern, too; I liked how kind of dorkily awkward the first game’s forced tone was, and the Digital Trips were absolutely stellar. This definitely seems more tonally Saints Row, but you can’t really beat them at their own game.

With my experience with VNs, I’d really have to concur with the devs here. Reading it all aloud and showing everybody all of it kinda defeats the incentive for those you’re reading it to to, well, read it. It cuts the actual intended experience out of the process.

I slogged through a lot of MGSV before accepting it wasn’t going to be Peace Walker. Far, far too much of MGSV. 173 hours on record and I really have no intentions of touching it again; I mostly just tried to finish the campaign for the sake of chatting about it with friends that were fans of the series, and turns out

I really, really thought you meant new levels for Wolfenstein from the headline and was pretty disappointed.

On the one hand, I absolutely love the Arkham series. On the other, I absolutely loved that it was the one series with the guts to definitively end, so I cringe a bit at each new announcement for it. Here’s hoping people who can’t get their hands on it won’t be super missing out, or at least that a PC version may be

Been getting back into Guitar Hero and Rock Band, but as I’m too cheap to buy the new titles, I’ve gotten back into Phase Shift, a freeware clone of both that plays the charts from ‘em just fine. It’s making for some fine nostalgia as I play customs and songs from the earlier titles, I must say!

Dug out Guitar Hero: Aerosmith lately because I’m too cheap to get Live at the moment. It holds up nicely with a less painful controller; refreshing to have a rhythm game that’s just about passing the song and having fun rather than eighty online leaderboards and powerups and all that jazz.

Yeah, I was seriously taken aback that apparently there was some of that ZUN’s music I hadn’t yet heard.

Alright, I was going to say this wasn’t too great a theme. That Tekken had a lot better music. And then I closed the tab, and then the song kept playing in my head for ten minutes. Now that is catchy.

Burnout Legends kinda was that, or at least a Greatest Hits compilation of sorts from Burnout 1-3, but it is still PSP-era.

Going in blank is best. It works best as an impulse buy or a gift, I find.

Aww, I clicked on this since I saw Yuki and thought she’d be a playable. Nice to see some love for School-Live in any case, though.

I personally found the Catwoman DLC hilarious, fun, and one of the first pieces of content satisfactory enough to make my season pass worth anything. Most of the major improvements have been in the challenge levels, though.

Sonic Lost World basically fits that niche, I’d gather.

That’s my big concern. I ordered it way early from there.

I was pretty floored by the game running quite nicely for me pre-patch and managing to chug WORSE after the update.
