He's not dead, he's just moved up to a higher plane of existence
See? All that kung fu training finally paid off.

Nathan Fillion
Blah blah blah Firefly blah.
Also, Frank Miller—and I thought The Spirit was a fucking travesty.
. . . of course, I posted that before reading to the end of Scott's post and finding out that he also sees the connection between the two movies. My bad.
I could watch this movie every week
It's rare that a movie can be both a total mindfuck AND beautiful. The only other movie that comes to mind is Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind.
You know, I just saw this movie . . . and I have no fucking idea. I think I might have fallen asleep at one point.
Nice reference, Riff. I love Extras. I have to believe that Patrick Stewart's version of this movie would be a hell of a lot better, because this one sucked.
Tokyo Story: Full Throttle!
Damn you, amazon.com!
This shit was supposed to arrive yesterday! Now, they're projecting that it won't come until Friday.
I think anyone who's expecting a direct prequel will probably be disappointed. Caprica really looks like it's shaping up to be its own animal. Sure, there's some guys named "Adama," and probably some Cylons down the road, but it hardly looks like a reunion tour. (That would be "The Plan.")
As for not telling stories…
Or, "the good one."
I second Transmetropolitan and Y: The Last Man. Both hilarious, touching, and awesome.
I second this. I love The Saddest Music in the World.
Did Little Kid Miles' acting bother anyone else?
I know we have to cut child actors some slack, but he sounded like he could barely get his lines out, which made the whole scene with the dead body kind of flat.
Emily Twatson.
Is this Twitter shit for real?
Tweet a twat?
Wow, Tokyo Zombie does sound pretty awesome: "a non-stop onslaught of hasty decapitations, pervert teachers, tasty snack foods, stormy romance and zombie professional wrestling"
Also, the re-release of The Sinful Dwarf.
Lions Gate horror movies are ALWAYS good.
They've established in the past that Jim isn't very good at dissembling. He's great at pulling pranks and being aloof, but sometimes he's just not on his game.
Have you watched the British Office? Pretty much every episode straddled the line between funny and utterly devastating.
